  • 4 serves

Ingredients

  • 2 cups So Good or dairy milk
  • 4 frozen mango cheeks (or 2 x 425g canned mango sliced, drained)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 4 scoops So Good vanilla frozen dessert
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a chilled glass.

Tips

  • This recipe is delicious when made with both soymilk and soy icecream. Not only does it taste good, but it provides far less saturated fat compared to using dairy alternatives.
  • If you don't have frozen or tinned mango, you can add an extra banana or even some canned peaches instead.
  • While enjoying a smoothie is a great way to boost your calcium and energy intake, we need to be careful not to replace fresh whole fruit with juice or smoothie's every day of the week.
